Looking for bike routes

I want to take my new bike for a spin tomorrow. Oh, did I mention I have a new bike. It is awesome and amazing and wonderful and fast. I just got it setup this week and have been riding to work again. I want to go for a longer ride in the morning, but I am not sure about routes in the Hayward area. Anyone have any ideas and/or recommendations? My new bike is a road bike, so I am looking for smooth roads, preferably with bike lanes or low traffic.
