Email tips and tricks

I have been working on docs for work on various subjects, including email use. This is one of those things that I have been dealing with most places I work at for years now. But I just found a really great list that I would recommend to everyone on how to best use email. It has netiquette, security, tips and tricks, as well as productivity tips and pros and cons on various systems specific email readers like Google, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.

Check it out, because I guarantee you will find stuff in there you will find interesting. As for me, I think I will be referencing this in some of my docs at work.
