Job update

Well, I had a short-term job through a contract agency last week on Thursday and Friday. Fixing virus infected and vulnerable systems. Pay wasn't great, but it was a start and got me a good recommendation with the contract agency. Now it looks like I might have a 2 month contract in Palo Alto doing system administration. I should know by Wednesday. Pay still isn't all that great (about 10% less than I was making at my last real job) and no benes, but it is better than unemployment.

I started Posting for all of my friends out in the West Coast to My L.J. all of the Job Postings I get from Electronic Arts. Check into my account every so often for my updates it should be roughly once a week or if you wish I can simply forward them to you. I currently have up 5 current Job openings in addition to the Main direct link to their Job database. Just remember that I at first they dont accept you keep plugging away eventually you'll get in. Thats What I did 4 years ago when I worked at 3DO. EA is a god send Company, with a full beny package the DAY you start complete with stock options that mature 90 days after you start. Then PAy is pretty quality to boot. They have Multiple locations all across the Bay area including one location in Walnut Creek right Next to BART. Anyhow check it out, I know your pretty competant in computer technology, at least you were when I saw you 4 years ago, At the time you were piecing Machines together for people, and if you can do that then you definatly can easily Swing something from EA. Trust me Check it out, even though its a Software company and target marketed towards Games they still need everything from a standard Tech, to Network Tech, to You name it. Heck they even have posting at the site for Admin asst, 2D Artist, Painting artist, You name it.
