This is pretty nifty...

Some researchers have figured out how to hook wires up to some folks brain's so that they can play a video game just using their minds. No hands, no words, all brain power. And they did it on a shoestring too. Of course, they need to figure out how to do it next without removing sections of the skull, but that will come.
